i'd be a bigot if ia say that i don't listen to normal black metal, but when i found unblack metal i sincerely had a good surprise because i am christian. antestor best unblack band. personally i love the music primarily but i haven't much liked satanic lyrics inverted crosses and pentagrams, myself am trying to give some contribute with my band to extreme metal in a christian way. personally in my band i mix doom metal a la cathedral and black metal music with often christian lyrics. someone in the comments has said right, music by itself has no connotation, are the lyrics that could be evil or not, personally i prefer godly lyrics.

There this band that some friends of mine are working on getting off the ground. The lyrics i have seen discuss the horror elements around the books of Revelation and Judges. I like to think they are gonna be what Christian black metal should be. They don't exactly dog whistle for jesus, rather they sing about the biblical nuances of hell, war, and satan.
